Picturestudio.ai, Inc. (“Picturestudio,” “we,” or “us”) provides a website and online services that allow you to create, enhance, modify, and manage images using AI (collectively, the “Services”). Using the Services, you can create and share new images from text descriptions, from other images or videos, or from combinations of these items. You can also train and tune your own AI models so that they learn to reproduce specific styles or content.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information that we collect or generate through the Services, including when you visit our website, https://picturestudio.ai (the “Site”), and any other website or service that links to this Privacy Policy.
Personal information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
Account information. This includes :
· Contact information and credentials, such as your first and last name, email address, and the username and password you use to access our Services.
· Subscriptions and payment information including your purchases, transactions, and billing information. We use a third-party payment processor to manage your payments, and we do not have access to your full payment card information.
· Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us online.

Automatic data collection. We may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with our website and the Services, our communications and other online services, such as:
· Device data, such as your computer’s or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., WiFi, LTE, 4G), and general location information such as city, state or geographic area.
· Usage data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, browsing history, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, duration of access, and whether you have opened our emails or clicked links within them.
We may collect this information using cookies and other similar technologies. Cookies, which are text files that websites store on a visitor‘s device or in the browser for the purpose of helping you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, enabling functionality, and helping us understand user activity and patterns.

To develop and improve the Services. We use personal information to monitor use of our Services, analyze the functioning of our Services, improve the Services, and develop new products and services, including by studying use of our Services. As part of these activities, we may use content and feedback from your use of the Services to train and tune our models. We may also create aggregated, de-identified or other anonymous data from personal information we collect. We may use this anonymous data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze and improve the Services, and promote our business.
For marketing and advertising. We may collect and use personal information for the following marketing and advertising purposes:
· Direct marketing. We may send you direct marketing communications as permitted by law, including by email. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the “Opt-out of marketing communications” section below.

Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate our Services or our business (such as hosting, information technology, customer support, email delivery, marketing, and website analytics services). We also rely on third-party AI service providers, which may receive your content subject to our agreements with them, to assist us with providing the Services.
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate for the compliance and protection purposes described above.
Business transferees. Acquirers and other relevant participants in business transactions (or negotiations for such transactions) involving a corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or other disposition of all or any portion of the business or assets of, or equity interests in, Picturestudio (including, in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings).

Your choices
Update your account. You may be able to update information within your account through the account settings on the Website.
Unsubscribe from marketing. You can opt out of receiving marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” within the email footer.

Retention

We may delete your content at any time if you are using the Services under a free trial. Once you purchase a subscription to the Services we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain your content for the duration of your subscription, but we may delete your content in the event your payment obligations are more than 60 days past due, or your account is otherwise suspended or terminated.
Children
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete it.
Data Security
